Each of our 120+ staff, based either in our London Bridge office close to our City clients or at our Worldwide Distribution centre at Heathrow plays a vital role in our continued success.

A strong management team meets regularly to share ideas and client feedback that is translated into guidelines and achievement targets for our people to meet and exceed. Our policy of promoting from within ensures that each member of staff has the same values.

We encourage all our people to make decisions, we do not tie them up in red tape. Each of our services is managed by an operations expert who all work closely with the client services team to ensure we provide you, the client, with the best solution.

To ensure the best possible working relationship we always take into account the unique personality of each client, their company culture and specific industry sector when appointing an account manager.

We do not accept comments such as "its just the nature of the industry..." or "its the industry norm..."

We encourage all our staff to challenge themselves and will continue to develop each of their individual skills. We believe we have probably the best and certainly the hardest working people in our industry.
