Christmas 2006 Christmas is also a very busy time for MPC Excel on the corporate front as we will be entertaining our client's on December 16th at our yearly corporate Christmas lunch. Last year we wined and dined over forty of our clients at Percento near St Pauls Cathedral and this year we are already looking at over 50 people joining us. We are also having our annual Post room party on the 14th December in Liverpool Street where we entertain our clients in a less formal atmosphere and we normally have over 200 guests attending in what is always a very enjoyable evening. Ascot Racing The MPC Excel football team has now played two matches, the second of which was a resounding 4-1 victory over our competitors Courier Systems at the Linford Christie Stadium. The win reflects the hard work the guys put in over the summer months, the team is made up from a complete cross section of our company. Riders, Drivers, Controllers and Sales staff all played in the win, the Directors are still trying to impress John Lloyd our coach (and controller) and our captain Jamie Cooper that they are worth a run out but their pleas seem to be falling on deaf ears! Thank goodness. We have recently acquired the Cameron McKenna account after a successful tender process. The account started three weeks ago and Cameron’s are the first of our client's who are using our "post room buddy" which is an in bound tracking system owned and devised by MPC Excel which we hope to offer more of our clients. The initial response from Cameron McKenna is that they are "delighted" with the new system.
