2008 National Courier Awards Dinner

A gala dinner was held on the 16th September 2008 at the Institute of Directors, Pall Mall, London SW1 for the annual National Courier Awards
200 guests representing all the top courier companies in the UK enjoyed fine wine, excellent food and a noisy evening.
Marc Chauveau FFIOC, MPCExcel's managing director was chairman of the judging panel and was keen to point out in his speech that he was not able to vote or influence the panel for short listed candidates from MPCExcel and went on to explain how the merger of MPC and Excel had proved so successful and urged other courier companies to explore the benefits of such a merger.
The National Courier awards are the courier industries version of the Oscars and tense rivalry gave way to much applause as the winners were finally announced. |

MPCExcel triumphed in two categories, Mel Gabitas in the 4 wheel category and Lee Lloyd, Office category.
MPCExcel has unique and unrivalled record of a national courier award for the last 5 years. A very enjoyable evening was had by all.
